Who exactly is the terrorist? The Israeli- Palestinian conflict continues...
On this edition of Rise Up Radio:
- We take a look at global news: Somalia's President Abdullahi Yusuf Ahmed resigns after a power struggle within their government; a family of 9 Muslims is kicked off an AirTrans
flight after making innocuous remarks about the plane; and U. S. President, George Bush bills Palestinians as "terrorists" as the cease-fire between the Israeli and Palestinians continues to disintergrate. - This show was dedicated to presenting an alternaive point of view often shunned by mainstream media involving Israel's endeavors involving Palestine and the Gaza Strip. Our guest, the Palestinian-American political activist, journalist and poet, Remi Kanazi, sat down down with Rise Up Radio and supplied information of the current situation involving the 3 parties and what America's support of the Israeli activity does to the Middle Eastern and American citizens as well in the face of massive and genocidal violence.
- Click the link to check out Remi Kanazi's book, "Poets for Palestine" a collection of poetry, spoken word, hip-hop, and art devoted to Palestine.
